Warranty & Returns

Warranty:

All Buckshot Precision products carry a one year warranty from the date of receipt that covers manufacturing defects. If your product should fail please send an email using the Contact page with a description of the failure as well as pictures. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to Buckshot Precision, but return shipping will be covered. The customer may also choose to return the failed product for a full refund, less original and return shipping costs.

Returns: 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like to return it you have 7 days from receipt to do so. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, the item/items will be inspected for damage or defects. After inspection a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs, will be returned through the original method of payment.

3D Printed Products:

Products that are 3D printed may carry some slight cosmetic defects but will not affect the function of the item. I do my best to mitigate defects and do not allow items with a considerable amount or severity to be sold. If you receive a product and are unhappy with this aspect please review the above Returns portion to make a return for a refund.
